Masters Level Therapist
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Are you or your child going through a period in life where you/they feel lost, confused, or conflicted? You might be worried about your child and find yourself wondering how you can best support them through their struggles. Perhaps, you’re having trouble establishing positive behavior patterns with your child, or they are struggling to regulate emotions and you are at a point where you feel as though nothing will help. Maybe, you find yourself “doom scrolling” at all hours of the night, being unable to sleep due to racing thoughts and heightened anxiety. Or maybe you are struggling with negative feelings associated with identity, or body image and eating habits.
Whether you are seeking therapy for you or your child, the process of doing so can be overwhelming. Together, we will look at the current challenges that you are facing, identify your unique strengths, and develop a plan that is individualized to you or your child’s goals. We will move at a pace that works best for you, while working as a team to overcome any obstacles that may disrupt your progress.
I strive to provide a compassionate, affirmative, and supportive space where you and/or your child can be your true self without fear of judgement. My goal is to always maintain an environment that is encouraging and comfortable, where you feel safe to share your story, and challenge yourself to make positive changes towards healing.
