Founder & Director, The Place for Counseling
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor

Many time folks to come to therapy worried they will be judged based on the problems they share and feel like nothing could possibly help. Sometimes people feel immense guilt that the issues that they face have gotten so out of control. Asking for help from a stranger for help can be scary and overwhelming.

I have a unique supportive approach and marries evidence-based and research-based treatment with a holistic strength-based approach. I have a nonjudgmental approach to meet you and your family members where they are and work together as a team to move forward towards healing and repair.

It is my goal to create a safe, and genuine, secure place where children as well as adults feel safe to begin to approach and work through the tough issues that are causing them pain and struggle. I will support you in your journey to make the changes you want in your life and feel better.
